HOW LONG DO MY LOYALTY CREDITS LAST?
All Loyalty Credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase. You can choose whether to spend them as soon as they're available (45 days after your purchase) or save them up to redeem a larger amount at once.

You can redeem your credits on whatever you like when you spend £150+. The only exclusion is gift cards, which cannot be purchased with loyalty credits.

It’s simple: The more you spend, the more you’ll progress through Bronze, Silver, Gold & VIP tiers, enjoying increasing benefits along the way. Once you unlock a new tier you are there to stay.
DOES MY TIER STATUS EXPIRE?
Tier status never expires, so once you’ve entered a tier, you’re there for good and can enjoy all the benefits.
