All Loyalty Credits are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.

• Credits earned through a purchase will expire 12 months from the original purchase date.
• Credits received through a birthday reward, refer-a-friend reward, survey completion, or any other promotional activity will expire 12 months from the date they are added to your account.

When Can I Use My Credits?

Loyalty Credits earned from purchases become available 45 days after your order date. Once available, you can choose to redeem them straight away or continue saving them towards a larger reward in the future.

We recommend checking your loyalty account regularly to keep track of your available credits and any upcoming expiry dates.
