If you return an order to exchange, you will receive loyalty credits for the item(s) that you exchange for. 

For example, if you exchanged a £200 item for a £150 item, you would receive £15 in loyalty credits. Likewise, if you exchanged a £200 item for a £250 item, you would receive £25 in loyalty credits.
