Can I redeem my loyalty credits and a different discount code or voucher?Updated 3 days ago

Loyalty credits cannot be redeemed alongside any other voucher or discount code. You can use a discount code on an order while you are logged into your loyalty account, but you will only earn credits on the amount you pay after the discount in question has been taken off. 

For example: If you order a pair of £200 boots, and use a 10% off discount code, you will receive £18 loyalty credits to reflect the £180 you paid for the boots. 

If you are a VIP tier customer you will earn £2 for every £10 spent, so you would earn £36 on the above order in loyalty credits.
