Will I earn loyalty credits on an order I return?Updated 3 days ago

If you place an order and return it in full, you will not receive any loyalty credits. If you place an order consisting of more than one item and partially return your order, you will receive loyalty credits for the items you kept. 

For example, if you placed an order containing a pair of boots at £220 and a pair of sneakers at £180 and just returned the sneakers, you will receive £22 loyalty credits for the boots you kept.
