WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY BIRTHDAY GIFT?
If you're in the Silver, Gold or VIP Tier, you’ll receive a gift of extra Loyalty credits, added directly into your LANX Loyalty account, on your birthday. You’ll also get an email from us once they’ve landed. As with all Loyalty Credits, you can spend them online or in-store when you spend £150 or more, and they cannot be redeemed alongside a discount code.
Heads up: you’ll only get the birthday email if you're on our mailing list. If you’re not hearing from us often, chances are you're not subscribed. You can sort that quickly by signing up here.
MY BIRTHDAY HAS ALREADY PASSED / I JOINED LANX LOYALTY AFTER MY BIRTHDAY. DO I STILL GET A GIFT?
If you joined LANX Loyalty after your birthday, we’re not able to backdate the reward. If you added your date of birth on the day (or just before), it might not have registered in time. In that case, give our friendly customer service team a shout at [email protected] — they’ll get you sorted.
