It couldn’t be easier to earn loyalty credits. Simply order online or in any of our stores or at any of our events and earn £1 for every £10 you spend. VIP tier customers earn £2.00 for every £10 spent. When ordering online, you need to be logged into your account to earn credits - don’t worry, you’ll be prompted to log in before checking out. To earn credits in-store, you just need to give a team member the email address associated with your account. Don’t worry if you can’t remember, we can easily look this up in-store.

Your credits will appear in a pending state straight away and will automatically appear in your account 60 days after each purchase. We’ll drop you an email when they’ve arrived and are ready to be spent.
