HOW DO I EARN LOYALTY CREDITS?Updated 16 days ago

It couldn't be easier to earn Loyalty Credits. When you order online or in any of our stores you’ll earn £1 for every £10 you spend (unless you’re in the VIP tier where you earn £2 for every £10 you spend!).

When ordering online, you need to be logged into your account to earn credits - you'll be prompted to log in before checking out.

To earn credits in-store, you just need to give a team member the email address associated with your LANX Loyalty account. Don't worry if you can't remember, we can easily look this up in-store.

Any Loyalty Credits earned will be added to your account 45 days after each purchase. We'll drop you an email when they've arrived and are ready to be spent.
