making an exchange for the 2nd timeUpdated a month ago
If customer is returning their exchange then they must include their new order number which will have the prefix SW at the front of it.
So if the customers original order number was #LXW123456 then their new order number will be SW-LXW123456.
The system will not accept the original order number as a return has already been processed for this.
Another thing to note is that the new order will most likely show as £0.00 value because of how the system works the customer will still receive the full refund evet with this being the case.
The customer can then follow the standard returns procedure via swap the only difference is that they must include the SW- prefix.
