You can bring your LANX products in to our Whalley Warehouse Shop and hand them over to a member of staff. No paperwork is required and our regular returns & exchange policy applies. Please note we only allow returns or exchanges at our Manchester Northern Quarter Shop for purchases that were made at the same shop location. Online orders will not be accepted at the Manchester Northern Quarter Shop but can be accepted at the Whalley Warehouse Shop.

Please note: If you return an item for exchange at our Manchester Northern Quarter Shop and the item is not available instore. A refund will be processed for the product you are returning and a new order will need to be placed for the requested item and payment taken for this new order which will be despatched from our Whalley HQ.
