WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY LOYALTY CREDITS?
Once your trade-in arrives at LANX, we aim to process and add Loyalty Credits to your account within 2 working days.
DO I NEED A LANX LOYALTY ACCOUNT?
Yes. As you’re rewarded for your Trade In with LANX Loyalty credits you will need a LANX Loyalty account. You can submit a Trade In without one, but we will drop you an email shortly after asking you to activate your account - this will enable us to
CAN I TRADE-IN AT A LANX STORE?
Yes, but currently only at our Whalley Factory Shop. You can complete the full Trade In online and select ‘Whalley factory Shop Drop Off’ as a shipping option, or swing by the shop where our team can complete the Trade In with you.
WHO PAYS FOR THE POSTAGE?
LANX covers the cost of postage when using RE-LANX Trade In. If you choose to cancel your Trade In once it has already been shipped to us, we will require you to pay for the return postage.
CAN I TRADE-IN OTHER BRANDS OF FOOTWEAR?
No. Currently, only LANX Footwear is eligible for Trade-In.
I LIVE OUTSIDE OF THE UK, CAN I USE RE-LANX TRADE IN?
Currently we only accept Trade-Ins from those with UK Mainland addresses.
WHAT IF MY LANX ARE IN POOR CONDITION?
We’ll still take them! You’d be surprised what our cobblers can bring back to life. You’ll be able to provide a ‘grade’ when trading-in your LANX, for footwear you think is beyond repair, select the ‘Knackered’ grade.
WHAT HAPPENS TO THE FOOTWEAR I TRADE IN?
Traded-In footwear is refurbished, repaired and sanitised by our team in Whalley, Lancashire before being re-sold at The Market. The Market opens numerous times per year.
HOW MANY PAIRS CAN I TRADE-IN?
We currently accept up to 5 pairs of LANX per Trade In. If you have more than 5 to trade, you would need to submit a second request
WHAT CAN I SPEND MY LOYALTY CREDITS ON?
Credits that you earn for Trading In a pair of LANX can be spent in the same way as all other Loyalty Credits. They’re valid on all products, when you spend £150 or more online or in-store. You can view the full LANX Loyalty FAQs here
CAN LANX REJECT MY TRADE-IN?
Whilst it is extremely rare for us to reject a Trade-In, we have the right to do so if you sent an item that is considerably different to what you selected when Trading-In. We will always contact you via email or telephone if we need to discuss your
