My new LANX shoes are a bit snug, might they stretch and fit better?Updated 23 days ago

We use high quality leather in all our footwear and more often than not our shoes will need to be broken in. Shoes that may feel snug at first will soften over time and you will get a better fit to the shape of your foot. If your new LANX shoes are only a little snug then it is likely you will have a well fitting shoe or boot and you should persevere breaking them in.

Your friendly and often very helpful local cobblers shop should also be able to stretch your shoes, to allow for a little extra room. This will help make them fit better. To find your local cobblers please visit the Society of Master Shoe Repairers website: www.somsr.com/home

Alternatively please do reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] as we do also offer this service which can be carried out here at LANX.

Shoe String will also be able to assist and advise. We divert all our shoe care enquiries to Shoe String, who are an independent UK business located in Market Harborough, England. They are experts in this field and best equipped to answer all shoe care questions. They can be contacted Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, on either [email protected] or via 01858 467467. You can also visit their website www.shoestringuk.com

When you do contact them please make them aware of the style of LANX shoes you have and the leather the shoe is made from, details of which can be found on the specific product page.
