The answer to this question depends on the fit of the 9UK shoe you are wearing from the other brand, and also the fit of the LANX shoes you intend to purchase. All brands have unique shoe fittings. 

For example, some brands have a slim fit and their 9UK may be closer to a 8.5UK in another brand. Or, some brands have a spacious fit and their 9UK may be closer to a 9.5UK in another brand.
