Some footwear available through our RE-LANX pre-loved marketplace is graded as Brand New. These items have not been worn outside but may have entered RE-LANX for several reasons, including:

• Minor discolouration or small cosmetic inconsistencies that did not meet LANX’s usual retail standards
• Shoes that have been tried on at one of our events
• Items previously purchased and returned by a customer without being worn

Any imperfections will be cosmetic and will not affect the footwear’s quality, comfort or performance. Each pair is carefully inspected before being listed, giving these shoes another opportunity to be enjoyed rather than going to waste.
