WHY IS THERE 'BRAND NEW' FOOTWEAR IN THE MARKET?Updated a month ago

Some footwear available through our RE-LANX pre-loved marketplace is graded as Brand New. These items have not been worn outside but may have entered RE-LANX for several reasons, including:

• Shoes that have been tried on at one of the many events we exhibit at
• Shoes that have been on display at our events or in our store windows
• Minor discolouration or small cosmetic inconsistencies during production that did not meet our retail standards
• Items previously purchased and returned by a online customer that may now have imperfections
• Fitting or gold seal production samples our product team no longer need

Any imperfections will be cosmetic and will not affect the footwear’s quality, comfort or performance. Each pair is carefully inspected before being listed, giving these shoes another opportunity to be enjoyed rather than going to waste.
