MY BOOTS ARE LETTING IN WATERUpdated a month ago
If you believe your waterproof boots are allowing water to enter, please first allow them to dry fully and check for any visible signs of damage.
It is also worth considering whether water may have entered over the top of the boots. Moisture inside footwear can sometimes be caused by perspiration or condensation, particularly when the boots are worn for extended periods.
If you still believe there may be a fault with your boots, please submit a warranty claim through our online returns portal.
Please include the following information with your claim:
- Your order number
- Details of when you first noticed the issue
- A description of the conditions in which the boots were being worn
- Photographs of the boots, including any visible damage
- Confirmation of whether the boots were submerged or exposed to water above the top
- Details of any cleaning, conditioning or protective products used
Our team will carefully review the information provided and advise you of the next steps. Each warranty claim is assessed individually, taking into account the age, condition, care and use of the footwear.
