Yes, our waterproof boots are covered by the LANX manufacturer’s warranty. If your boots develop a manufacturing fault within the applicable warranty period, you can submit a claim for assessment.

The warranty does not cover damage or water ingress caused by:

• Fully submerging the boots in water
• Allowing water to enter over the top of the boots
• Failing to clean, condition or maintain the footwear correctly
• Drying the boots using direct heat, such as a radiator
• Accidental damage, misuse or normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by using unsuitable cleaning or care products

Waterproof boots must still be cared for regularly. Leather naturally loses moisture over time, so applying a suitable conditioner and protector will help keep it supple and maintain its condition.

Every warranty claim is reviewed individually by our team. The outcome will depend on the age, condition, care and use of the footwear, along with the findings of our assessment.
